While our Doctors are participating with the above in-network insurances, not all of our CRNPs and Outpatient Therapists do. This can lead to having a wait list for services as you must be participating in Outpatient Therapy to see our Psychiatrist.

If you are a current client and your insurance changes, you may be required to switch providers or be placed on a waitlist for services.

 Please inquire with the front desk staff or the billing department before making any insurance changes. 

Intake Forms

All clients, new or returning, must complete a Client Registration Form. This may be a self-referral, or it can be completed by a current treating professional.

Once the form is completed, it may be dropped off at any of our offices, faxed to 610-873-3317, or emailed to Intake@HumanServices.org. The Intake Coordinator will be in contact regarding scheduling.

Individual Therapy/Family Therapy/Group Therapy (in person or telehealth)

We offer individual talk therapy that is recovery-oriented. Therapy services are offered at our Thorndale, Coatesville, and Oxford office locations on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. We offer services to children, adolescents, adults and older adults. We accept most major insurance carriers as well as Medicare/Medicaid and the uninsured.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or DBT, is an evidence-based treatment that helps individuals achieve and maintain meaningful relationships and establish transformative life skills through participation in both individual therapy and a skills group. Our Individual DBT offers one-on-one therapy on a weekly basis as well as access to a therapist for coaching calls. Our DBT skills group meets on a weekly basis for approximately two hours per week. The DBT skills group is designed to provide a structured setting in which the individual will work toward the mastery of four essential life skills: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance.

Mobile Mental Health Treatment (MMHT)

MMHT is an array of services for individuals who have encountered barriers to, or have been unsuccessful in receiving services in an outpatient setting. The purpose is to provide therapeutic treatment to reduce need for more intensive levels of services, including crisis intervention or inpatient hospitalization.

Peer Support/Decision Support Center (DSC)

The Peer Specialists are available in our Decision Support Center (DSC). The DSC is located in our Outpatient Center and is the place where individuals can work with peers to utilize the CommonGround to prepare a health report for their doctor or nurse, find information to prepare for their appointment, or get support in finding resources to assist in their recovery journey. Individuals are also encouraged to visit the DSC outside of their medication appointments if they need additional information or support.

Blended Case Management (BCM) Adults

Blended Case Management (BCM) is a voluntary program that provides 24 hour access to case management services for a targeted group of clients who demonstrate a severe and persistent mental illness. A primary focus of BCM is to advocate, educate and support clients to make active choices that support their recovery, to troubleshoot barriers, to ensure linkages to psychiatric, physical health and wellness/medical services, educational/vocational and housing services; as well as, entitlements and social supports

Blended Case Management Children

The Child/Adolescent Blended Case Management Program provides case management services to children, adolescents and their families. C/A-BCM/RC is a voluntary 24-hour service providing case management to children and adolescents (and their families) who has severe and persistent mental illness. Services are provided at two levels of intensity: Level I provides intensive case management contacts; Level II and RC provides an intermediate level of services when the consumer is managing well. The goal of BCM is to assist the consumer in achieving and maintaining recovery.

Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (ID) Clinic

This outpatient medication management clinic is designed to support the needs of dual diagnosed clients. Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) as well as Mental Health (MH) diagnosis’ qualify. By partnering with County support services, IDD and MH services this creates a higher level of continuity of care. Our dedicated Doctors use recovery oriented assessments and practices as well as integration of systems to provide quality services to these individuals.

Wellness Nurse

We offer the option of working with a Wellness Nurse as a key component within your Treatment Team. A Wellness Nurse can be utilized to help support you as you strive for wellness goals. They complete physical health assessments, provide whole health resources, and facilitate transitions in health care. One of their essential roles is to coordinate activities of the team and provide outreach to Primary Care Physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Medication Management

We offer medication management on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis. Individuals receiving medication management must be receiving additional support within our organization. This may be done in person or via video.

Clozaril Clinic (Thorndale office only)

We offer a Clozaril medication clinic on a weekly basis at each office location. Patients receiving injectable medications and Clozaril attend the clinic to have their blood drawn, vital signs taken, and to receive their medications.
