Human Resources/Administrative Assistant

Employment/FLSA Status: Full time, permanent, non-exempt

B. Duties/Responsibilities


Human Resources Duties
  1. Perform written employment verification screenings on all applicants who are formally offered employment.
  2. Complete various criminal background checks including the PA State Police, PA Child Abuse, FBI and 3-year motor vehicle record.
  3. Assure all other credentialing documentation is collected from applicants prior to or immediately after employment starts.
  4. Complete new employee onboarding process including.
  5. Assist in preparing for various audits of the Human Resources Personnel files.
  6. File all incoming paperwork in to Human Resources Personnel files.
  7. Assist in the processing of weekly employee and Independent Contractor payroll.
  8. Respond to all employee paycheck issues in a timely manner.
  9. Assist in the management of employee medical benefit enrollment using the electronic enrollment platform
  10. Keep all Human Resources and payroll matters and information in strict confidence.
  11. Other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director and/or the President and CEO.

Administrative Duties
  1. Assisting in managing fleet including transporting vehicles to and from service appointments.
  2. Completing duties including filing, copying, mailing and other Administrative functions.
  3. Purchasing business related supplies as needed.
  4. Assist in credentialing of existing prescribers and clinicians.
  5. Assist with fundraising activities and outreach.
  6. Other duties as assigned
