A. Position Location/Pertinent Information
This is a supervisory position based out of the Price Street CRR in West Chester, PA. The Supervisor is responsible for providing programmatic oversight to all program locations in the scope of the position.

Employees are required to pass FBI/Criminal/Child/Driver license background checks. Employee must maintain a valid drivers’ license and current automobile insurance. Employee cannot be on the Federal ineligibility list.
1. Supervision
- Provide comprehensive supervision to all employees in the 3 residential locations for which you are responsible.
- Hold monthly team/staff meetings at each location.
- Improve performance standards through mentoring, coaching and holding employees accountable.
- Identify areas of growth and development in the staff who report to you.
- Evaluate the performance of each employee who you supervise on an annual basis.
- Develop comprehensive goals for each employee that fosters their professional growth and development.
2. Program Oversight
- Assure adequate staffing coverage to meet the needs of the programs and residents in each work location.
- Manage program schedules assuring staffing patterns meet contractual and regulatory requirements and do not exceed the weekly budgeted hours.
- Monitor the quality of the work performed by the Residential Counselors including but not limited to the following:1. Rapport and relationship building with the residents supported2. Documentation provided by the Residential Counselors on each shift.3. Assure all programmatic paperwork is organized, up to date and meets the needs of the resident and the clinical standards of the agency.
4. Report all ongoing maintenance needs for each location to the appropriate person for resolution.
5. Perform random chart audits assuring regulatory and county compliance.
3. Billing:
- Submit the billing information for the Safe Haven Program to the Fiscal Department accurately and in a timely fashion.
4. Training
- Supervisors are responsible to train new staff in all aspects of the Agency, and staff job responsibilities. This training should be ongoing and be provided directly and by sending staff to conferences and trainings within the Agency and outside the Agency. Mandatory trainings include: HIPAA, Fraud/Abuse, Complaint Management, Incident Management, Recovery/Resiliency and Cultural Competence.

- Supervisor performs related work activities as directed by the Director.
